Position Overview

This Accounts Payable Coordinator role is open due to a recent separation and offers a strong opportunity to join a growing, well-established manufacturing organization. The position supports the accounting team with day-to-day AP operations and plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records as the company continues to scale.

The role reports directly to the Controller and is well-suited for someone looking for long-term growth within a stable and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage outgoing payments and monitor expense controls
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized financial records and AP documentation
  • Support implementation and use of systems and tools as AP volume grows
